Dave the Drummer
Long time London Techno producer and underground techno DJ Dave The Drummer will be hosting the event & showing techniques in Ableton live basic mastering using Isotopes Ozone and some synth tips and tricks.
Mark EG now runs an incredibly successful online DJ academy, where he trains students using live chat in the art of Ableton live and music production. Although he has a huge amount of experience in the world of hard techno and hard trance, Mark has successfully taught many different genres of music to his students.
Neptune Mastering is the home of another Berlin based Patrick DSP, when he is not out gigging live or rocking it on the decks in a dark club somewhere you can find Patrick working away mastering some of the biggest techno tracks on the scene.
His recent output on Funk n’ Deep and Techburst has seen his many of his tracks sitting at the top of the Beatport charts for many weeks, this is the man to go to if you want to know how to make a techno track sound amazing! Ant also currently works a vinyl cutting engineer for vinyl carvers.
The wonderful Rachel Rakitt, who has tirelessly worked as a DJ agent for the best part of 15 years. What Rachel doesn’t know about DJ’s, Performers, Promoters, Gigs and getting everyone there and getting everyone paid isn’t worth knowing. Rachel will be telling us about her new agency, why she started it and what she thinks new DJ’s should be doing if they want to get work.
When he’s not out in the middle of the ocean working on massive wind turbines Jon is in the studio banging out tracks and working on his label Bubblejam. Jon will be shedding light on his creative process within running a record label and how to market a new techno label to and already saturated market.
